In 1958, Bill Meredith started his fabrication business (AABCO Welding) to build waste containers and other related products. In 1974, Ken Hohlt and Jerry Meredith, while working in the family business, founded Eco-Systems, Inc. and purchased the welding business to form the most comprehensive waste equipment supply business in the Midwest.
